Zoe Kowalchuk

Zoe Kowalchuk has been working with glass since the 1980s. Trained by artists including Milo Townsend, Dan Fenton, Ed Schmidt, Michael Dupille, and most recently in a master class with Narcissus Quagliata, she brings deep technical skill to a medium she describes as both fragile and strong. Light and color have always drawn her in, and moving to Colorado sharpened that focus, with the region’s clear sunshine and mountain views shaping much of her work. Working in a range of forms, from panels to sculpture, Zoe is driven by the question, “What can I do next?” Her glass pieces are shown in galleries across Colorado and are collected worldwide.
